Homemade root beer.

There's no alcohol, but fresh brewing can give root beer a special kick in the sassafras. You can get handcrafted soft drinks with hot dogs and tater tots at Dairy Inn in St. Petersburg or with pub grub at Tampa Bay Brewing Company in Ybor City. Or pick up a bottle of root beer extract and bottle your own. Beware: Even without alcohol, fermentation is still a powerful thing.
