FIRESIDE DRUMMERS AND DANCERS CONCERT: The Sun and Sand Caravan Drummers and Dancers will perform from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday in Moccasin Lake Nature Park's miniamphitheater, 2750 Park Trail Lane, Clearwater. The high energy group performs the sounds and rhythms of Africa and the Middle East. Bring along a drum or percussion instrument to play with the group and join the dancers during the second half of the show. Cost is $5 for adults and children age 13 and older, $3 for children age 3 to 12 and $1 for children age 2 and younger. Call 462-6024.

MEET THE ARTIST: Meet artist John Di Sanza at the opening of his one-man show from 6 to 10 p.m. Saturday at Sullivan Gallery, 17 Safford Ave., Tarpon Springs. Call 439-4947.

AUDUBON GARAGE SALE: The Clearwater Audubon Society will have its annual garage sale to benefit its education programs from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at 2342 Pembrook Drive, Clearwater. Items for sale include toys, tools, housewares, furniture, electronics and some antiques.

MARDI GRAS CONCERT: The Clam Bayou Jazz Band led by Frank Greenstreet will perform a Mardi Gras concert at 3 p.m. Sunday in the community room of the Palm Harbor Library, 2330 Nebraska Ave. The concert is free and light refreshments will be served. OPERA AT LEEPA RATTNER MUSEUM: The Pinellas Opera League in partnership with the Leepa Rattner Museum of Art will show a film of the opera Cyrano de Bergerac staring Roberto Alagna. The free movie will be at 1:30 p.m. Sunday in the museum on the campus of St. Petersburg College, 600 Klosterman Road, Tarpon Springs. Call 784-9512.

WILD HORSES EXHIBIT: An exhibit of 23 photographs of the wild horses at Wild Horse Sanctuary in California is on display through Feb. 25 in the Osceola Gallery at the Clearwater Main Library, 200 N Osceola Ave. The works are by sanctuary photographer Katey Barrett.
