nbcolympics.com: Should be the best site, with loads of video and exclusive blogs, plus all-important TV schedules for what to watch and when.
torino2006.org: Official host site is also available in Italian and French; good to know Italian word for "download" is "download."
Olympic.org: Best for its history, with links to all modern Olympics, complete with medal counts, mascot info and even rejected host sites.
olympicstore.it: It's all in Euros, but the official store thankfully combines "sunglasses and paperweights" onto one easy page.
en.beijing2008.com: Never too early to look ahead. Then again, the "Hot" headline is "First Insurance Policies for Volunteers Underwritten."
