A pair of gutsy Lindseys and a lot of dancing duos will be the focus of NBC's prime time coverage tonight, and least some of them should be fun to watch.
Four days after being hospitalized in a frightening crash and two days after returning to finish eighth in the downhill, Lindsey Kildow will ski in the women's combined. The event, which consists of one downhill run and two slalom runs, will test the soundness of her hips and back, which she said were still aching Wednesday.
Meanwhile, Lindsey Jacobellis is the favorite to win the first Olympic gold in women's snowboard cross. Jacobellis, 20, is the 2005 world champion and two-time Winter X Games gold medalist.
Viewers normally don't care about ice dancers not named Torvill and Dean, but this time the Americans have Tanith Belbin and Ben Agosto. They are the world silver medalists and could give the U.S. team its first Olympic medal in 30 years.
