Women: Wyoming the victor in battle with BYU

PROVO, Utah - Hanna Zavecz made a free throw with 13.4 seconds left to lift Wyoming to a 57-56 win over No.19 Brigham Young on Saturday.
Zavecz, who finished with 20 points, seven rebounds and five assists, was fouled by Ambrosia Anderson. She missed her first shot but made the second to for a 57-56 lead.
The Cougars worked the ball to Anderson, who missed a wild shot at the buzzer.
NO.9 OKLA. 73, NO.21 TEXAS A&M 54: The host Sooners clinched their first Big 12 regular-season title in four years with their 11th straight win. Courtney Paris had 15 points and 14 rebounds for Oklahoma, which is seeking to become the first team to go undefeated in conference play.
NO.11 STANFORD 87, ARIZ. 76: Candice Wiggins scored 24 and Brooke Smith added 22 to lead the visiting Cardinal. The Wildcats were 8-of-16 from 3-point range in the first half and led 34-33. But behind 18 first-half points from Wiggins, Stanford took back the lead and was up 43-40 at halftime. Smith and Stanford's big front line took control in the second.
NO.15 ARIZ. ST. 62, CAL 43: Kristen Kovesdy had 14 points and seven rebounds as the host Sun Devils got their school-record eighth straight Pac-10 victory. Arizona State went on a 12-3 spurt to start the second half, opening an 18-point lead. The Bears never got closer than 11 after that.
NO.16 DEPAUL 70, ST. JOHN'S 67: Khara Smith had 13 points, including the winner, for the host Blue Demons. After Angela Clark's layup tied it at 67, Smith hit a 6-foot jumper with 13.6 seconds left.
NO.24 LA. TECH 72, BOISE ST. 59: Tasha Williams scored 20 to lead the visiting Techsters. They led 36-32 at the half and built it to 58-40 with 9:50 left. The Broncos closed to 58-50 with 5:46 left. But Williams and Shan Moore made 8-of-8 free throws in the final 1:34.
NO.25 UTAH 79, AIR FORCE 53: Kim Smith scored 24 and Shona Thorburn had 13 points, 10 assists and seven rebounds to lead the visiting Utes, who led by as many as 29 in the second half in winning their sixth straight.

SAINT LEO 68, LYNN 55: Jenna Drouin scored a season-high 21 and had four rebounds for the host Lions. Drouin was 7-of-12 from the floor and 5-of-5 from the free-throw line.
TAMPA 58, NOVA SE 46: Tay Mathis had a team-high 25 points as the host Spartans rallied. Trailing 30-20 early in the second half, Tampa outscored Nova Southeastern 38-16.
STETSON 64, CAMPBELL 50: Nefertiti Walker had 29 points for the host Hatters. Stetson led 33-22 at halftime, and the Camels would not get closer than eight the rest of the way.
FLA. SO. 65, ECKERD 39: Sarah Pavelecky had 11 points and 11 rebounds for the host Moccasins, who led 28-16 at the half. The Tritons never got closer than 16 in the second.
