Police release photos of suspect in Realtor's beating

The suspect is a white male, about 26 years old, 5-feet-7-inches tall, 150 pounds, with short black hair and brown eyes.

ST. PETERSBURG - The St. Petersburg Police Department released photos on Monday of a suspect in the beating and robbing of a real estate agent.

A man posing as an interested home buyer saw several homes on Friday afternoon before hitting Realtor Julie Roberts in the head with a gun and threatening to kill her. The suspect was later photographed as he used Robert's stolen cards at an ATM machine at a business in Tampa.

Roberts was taken to Edward White Hospital and later released.

The suspect is a white male, about 26 years old, 5-feet-7-inches tall, 150 pounds, with short black hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a black jacket and black dress trousers. He was driving a new model four-door sedan, silver or champagne in color.

The police department urged anyone with information about the suspect to call the department's communications center at 727-893-7780.
