A task force studying the Pinellas school choice plan will seek public input at a forum from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at John Hopkins Middle School, 701 16th St. S in St. Petersburg.

This will be the last of seven meetings hosted by the 47-member panel, which is helping the School Board determine how the system should function after 2007, when the district no longer will be required to use race in assigning students to schools.

The forum will start with an overview of the task force, followed by a survey of participants using an electronic tallying system..
