Chicken Little

Everything is Illuminated

SYNOPSIS: Actor Liev Schreiber's directorial debut stars Wood as an American searching for the woman who saved his Jewish grandfather from the Holocaust with the aid of a Russian tour guide and his allegedly blind grandfather.

The Squid and the Whale

Paradise Now

SYNOPSIS: Two young Palestinians accept a suicide bombing mission targeting Israeli troops. The film unfolds something like a documentary until its crackling final-act tension. With English subtitles. Nominated for an Academy Award for foreign language film.

WHAT WE SAID: The Times gave the film a B.

MPAA RATING: PG-13; mature themes, brief profanity

RUNNING TIME: 90 min.
