LOCATION: 3826 W Cleveland St., one block east of Church Avenue.

DEVELOPER: Mize and Sefair Development, and J.T.R. LLC, both of Tampa.

DESCRIPTION: Two three-story buildings containing a total of eight townhomes. The units will range from 1,259 to 1,983 square feet and will have two bedrooms and two bathrooms, or three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Mediterranean revival architecture.

PRICE: $280,000 to $410,000

ARCHITECT: The Elling Group, Tampa.

AMENITIES: Hardwood floors; 8-foot doors; granite countertops in kitchens and bathrooms; one- or two-car garage for each unit.

WHAT THEY'RE SAYING: "It's an excellent location,'' said Dan Sefair, chief executive officer of Mize and Sefair. "It's conveniently located near Dale Mabry Highway, Kennedy (Boulevard), the malls, and it isn't that far from downtown.''

TIMELINE: Two old houses on the site were demolished in August. Construction started two weeks ago and should last 12 months.

MOVE-IN DATE: Tentatively set for March 2007.
