CONSTRUCTION

Steve Smith has been promoted to senior director of construction at the Tampa Bay division of U.S. Home. Smith was director of construction.

Chase Wolf has been named vice president of operations at the Sembler Co., St. Petersburg. Wolf was president of Pegasus Development, Miami.

ENGINEERING

C. Lee Essrig has been named chief ethics and compliance officer at PBS&J, Tampa. Essrig was director of membership services and government affairs for the Ethics Officer Association, Tampa.

HEALTH CARE

George Evans has been named vice president and chief information officer at University Community Health, Tampa. Evans was chief information officer at Lexington Medical Center, West Columbia, S.C.

HOSPITALITY

Paul T. Finocchi has been promoted to executive chef at Yacht Starship Dining Cruises, Tampa. Finocchi was sous chef.

LEGAL

Arleen G. Davidenko has been promoted to chief administrative officer at the law firm of Macfarlane Ferguson and McMullen, Tampa. Davidenko was firm administrator.

MANUFACTURING

Bruce Whittington has been named national marketing manager at Wall Innovators Inc., Tampa. Whittington was the business development manager for Structured Technologies, Tampa.

MISCELLANEOUS

Philip Graham has been reappointed by Gov. Jeb Bush to the board of landscape architecture. Graham is a landscape architect and is founder and president of Phil Graham & Co., St. Petersburg.

NONPROFIT

Jane Harper has been elected to the board of directors of the National Network for Youth, an association that advocates on behalf of runaway, homeless and disconnected youth. Harper is president and chief executive of Family Resources, Pinellas Park.

Steve Yerrid has been appointed an honorary board member of the Pediatric Cancer Foundation, Tampa. This is a lifetime position in recognition of contributions Yerrid has made to the foundation. Yerrid is founder of Yerrid Law Firm, Tampa.

ORGANIZATIONS

Bonita Elias has been elected president of the Bay Area Media Network, Tampa, a chapter of the American Women in Radio and Television. Elias is local sales manager at MORE-TV32, Tampa.

RECRUITMENT

Lori Siegel has been named consulting director at Bernard Hodes Group, Tampa. Siegel was Southeast regional director of client services for the David Group, Cleveland.
