Rays hooping it up over surprising Patriots

George Mason's startling run to the Final Four has already been a thrill for former Patriots such as Devil Rays reliever Shawn Camp and PR chief Rick Vaughn.
Saturday's national semifinal date with the Gators makes it a family affair for Vaughn, whose daughter Amanda is a sophomore premed student at Florida and spending this semester in Spain.
"We've been e-mailing," Vaughn said. "If this game comes out the wrong way, she may have a hard time getting back from Spain."
Vaughn's media relations coordinator, Jason Latimer, is also a Florida graduate. "Jason's trying to come up with a good bet," Vaughn said.
