I'd like to thank the Times for acknowledging my high level of public service to the city of New Port Richey, and that I'm fully qualified for the office of mayor. I have spent the last six years of my life preparing for the next two.
New Port Richey deserves a real leader. I am that leader and will be dedicated to the duties of mayor in a more educated and efficient manner. I will guarantee an honest, open and fair way of doing city business.
Being the only elected city official in Pasco County who went to Tallahassee to represent our citizens on the unbearable homeowners insurance rate increases, I will continue to be our voice until we are heard. I am also taking the lead on solutions to provide affordable housing.
In my three years in office, I have worked to provide a more responsive and friendly City Hall. I will continue to support our public safety, code enforcement, emergency preparedness and all other issues that impact our city including our state-of-the-art library, online computer information and services, and neighborhood meetings. I will work to maintain our beautiful river with all recreational opportunities, including our city boat ramp.
Growth in our unique and beautiful city needs careful management, preserving our way of life while enhancing and revitalizing our neighborhoods and downtown.
This vision takes a real leader. I am that leader and will continue to be accessible to the community, as I've always been. Vote for Bob.
