Causeway crash kills Palm Harbor woman

TAMPA - A late night crash on the Courtney Campbell Causeway left one motorist dead Friday.
Heidi Andriuli, 41, of Palm Harbor pulled from a service road in front of an eastbound Chevrolet van driven by Richard Melendez, 55, of St. Petersburg. Melendez hit Andriuli's 1990 Toyota Camry. She was dead when Clearwater police arrived, according to reports.
Melendez was not injured.
