Bride's cousin dies

Victoria Giron Weaver was the fourth victim to die in a crash that killed a bride's mother and two other cousins.

TAMPA - On Friday, the day the Manzano family buried their matriarch, they learned the same car crash that had killed her claimed another victim.

At 3 a.m., Victoria Giron Weaver, 46, of Sparks, Nev., died from injuries sustained from the accident, the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office said.

On April 21, a 2004 Mercedes-Benz driven by Emily Manzano, 62, carried four family members in town for a wedding collided with a 2003 Dodge Durango at Lumsden Road and Parsons Avenue in Brandon.

Manzano was buried Friday.

Three others, including Weaver, who rode in the Mercedes were also killed. Two other family members were injured.

The investigation into the wreck continues. Kenneth Stewart, 34, of Lakeland drove the Durango. No charges have been filed.
