DESCRIPTION: Two-story building with three townhomes. Each 1,700-square-foot unit has three bedrooms and 2½ bathrooms. Italian Romanesque architecture.

WHAT THEY'RE SAYING: "It feels like a substantial Italian villa," said Tampa Residential managing partner Bob Brozey. Details from the architecture to the dark pecan wood floors were inspired by a trip that Brozey's business partner Mike Schrenk took to Florence and Tuscany, Italy. "All that came right from the true Italian urban villas," Brozey said.
