LOCATION: 1810 W Morrison Ave., Historic Hyde Park

DEVELOPER: Gaspar Properties Inc.

DESCRIPTION: Two-story bungalow style building containing two townhomes. Each unit has 3,000 square feet, three bedrooms, and 3½ bathrooms.

PRICE: $1.1-million each

ARCHITECT: Ralph Schuler of Nelson Architecture, Tampa

AMENITIES: Hardwood floors; 11-foot ceilings; fireplace; crown molding; elevator shafts with optional elevator; two-car garage for each unit; Jacuzzi and granite countertops in bathrooms; gas appliances, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances in kitchens.

WHAT THEY'RE SAYING: "There's a big grand oak tree on the corner that we wanted to preserve, and the architecture allowed us to do that,'' said Gaspar Properties president Hamilton Jones.

TIMELINE: A 1950s two-story apartment on the site was demolished in February. Construction should start later this month and finish next April.
