But as chairman of the House Commerce Council he refused to schedule it for a vote, effectively killing it. *** One day after the vote, Farkas changed his position to "Yes." **** On May 10, Berfield switched to "No." ***** Berfield voted "No" on April 5, but when it came up again on May 5 after being amended in the Senate, she voted "Yes."
