Man accused of making, selling bombs

ST. PETERSBURG - Police and federal authorities Thursday arrested a 53-year-old man, alleging he made and sold pipe bombs in his St. Petersburg home.
John F. Irvin IV was arrested after a two-month investigation that involved St. Petersburg police detectives and federal Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. Police say they seized eight pipe bombs from Irvin.
The U. S. Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Florida will prosecute Irvin, who lives at 1035 11 Ave. S.
