AIR CONDITIONING/HEATING

THOMAS "TOMMY" CASTELLANO has been elected to the board of directors of the Air Conditioning Contractors of America, or ACCA. Castellano is president of Castellano Air Conditioning and Heating, Tampa.

ARCHITECTURE

MICHAEL R. HOLMES has been named architectural designer at Bessolo Design Group Inc., St. Petersburg. Holmes was an architectural designer with Modtech, Plant City.

BANKING

LYNNE M. ATWOOD has been promoted to vice president at BB&T, Largo. Atwood was a business banker.

CONSTRUCTION

ELON J. METOYER has been named vice president at Ballast Point Development, St. Petersburg, and LAURIE COOK has been promoted to property manager for the Cove Apartments in Tampa for Ballast Point Management Services, the apartment management division of the Ballast Point Group. Metoyer was senior vice president at Bank of America and Southeast team leader for the Banc of America Community Development Corp., Tampa; and Cook was operations manager.

ADRIAN MARRULLIER has been promoted to executive vice president of sales and marketing at Bisk Education, Tampa. Marrullier was vice president and chief marketing officer.

EMMANUEL ANSA has been named senior structural engineer at KEM Engineers Inc., St. Petersburg. Ansa was structures design manager at Avcon Inc., Orlando.

JOHN MARTEL has been promoted to associate vice president and transportation department manager at HNTB Corp., Tampa. Martel was a project manager in the highway design department at HNTB's Kansas City, Mo., office.

THOMAS TERPENING III has been named a mortgage consultant at HomeBanc Mortgage Corp., Tampa. Terpening recently completed his bachelor of science degree in finance from the University of Central Florida, Orlando.

HEALTH CARE

JSA Healthcare Corp., St. Petersburg, announces these appointments: VICTORIA DOWLESS, center support manager; and KATHLEEN PREMO, chief legal officer/general counsel.
