AARP offers refresher courses for drivers older than 50, and passing this course - which does not include driving - may earn a discount on insurance. Classes total eight hours; bring your driver's license and the fee of $10 to the first class. To locate a class near you, choose from the list below or call toll-free 1-888-227-7669 Monday through Friday, or go to www.aarp.org/drive. Note: Classes with fewer than 20 registrations may be canceled. So register at least three days before the first class.
