BUSINESS RESTRUCTURING

FOCUS MANAGEMENT GROUP USA INC., 5001 W Lemon St., Tampa, has been appointed financial adviser to Sylvest Farms Inc. by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Alabama, Eastern Division. Focus will provide advisory services in planning the company's chapter 11 filing and post petition and is assisting the debtor in managing all aspects of its bankruptcy case.
