WESLEY CHAPEL - Pasco County's first Tijuana Flats restaurant is set to open in a Wesley Chapel location in a strip mall outside Sam's Club on Seven Oaks Plaza.

Site plans show a 2,717-square-foot proposal, with a 722-square-foot outdoor patio.

The Tex-Mex chain based in Orlando is known for its hot sauces.

In the Tampa Bay area, it has locations in Tampa, St. Petersburg, Largo and Brandon.
