Brooksville Brooksville Assembly of God, 20366 Cortez Blvd., will host guest speaker Tommy Tenney at 7 tonight and at 11 a.m. Sunday. Tenney's message is one of passionate pursuit and challenge. Call 796-3685. Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church, 600 Wood Drive, will offer a gospel concert at 4 p.m. June 18. Performers will include the Traveling Stars and Unity of Tampa, the Holy Band Choir, the Community Choir, the Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church male choir and other groups from Brooksville. Mount Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church, 27064 Church Road, will celebrate the church's 135th anniversary during the 11 a.m. Sunday worship service. The featured band will be Daydreams, and there will be plenty of fun for young and old, including youngsters' games and activities with prizes and take-home crafts; line, toe-tappin' and two-step dancing; and a silent auction. In addition, a barbecue lunch and beverages will be served. Tickets are $7.50 for adults and $5 for children 10 and younger. Proceeds will benefit St. Anthony. Call 796-2096. Spring Hill Dayspring Presbyterian Church, 6000 Mariner Blvd., will host a special discussion of the book and movie The Da Vinci Code at 6 p.m. Sunday. The event will feature a panel discussion about a program that aired on Coral Ridge Ministries television on May 13. After a viewing of the TV video, Pastor Scott Simmons will lead a discussion, followed by questions and answers. Everyone is welcome. Dessert will be served after the program.
