In addition to the already announced Broadway series, Ruth Eckerd Hall today released the balance of its 2006-2007 season. It includes many familiar names, such as Tony Bennett, Paul Anka, Tom Jones, Liza Minnelli, Bill Cosby and Olivia Newton-John. The programming is not adventurous, although the dance lineup does include the prestigious Paul Taylor Dance Company and Dayton Contemporary Dance, and violinist Joshua Bell and pianist Olga Kern are on the classical schedule. There's also a respectable group of comedians, including Dennis Miller and Lewis Black.
Here are some highlights; ticket prices and on-sale dates will be announced later this summer. For more information, go to www.rutheckerdhall.com.
