Citrus county parks

CITRUS COUNTY PARKS

Alcohol is prohibited at all county parks. Parks close at 9:30 p.m. daily. Need more information? Call the Citrus County Parks and Recreation Department at 527-7677.

BEVERLY HILLS COMMUNITY PARK: 997 W Roosevelt Blvd., Beverly Hills; softball, basketball, skate park, walking trail and picnic tables.

BICENTENNIAL PARK: 148 acres near Crystal River Airport, Crystal River, has picnic tables, tennis courts, racquetball, baseball, basketball, playground equipment and pool.

BLUEBIRD SPRINGS: 5½ acres on Noontide Avenue, Homosassa Springs, has picnic tables, grills and playground equipment.

CENTRAL RIDGE DISTRICT PARK: 6905 N Lecanto Highway, Beverly Hills, 133½ acres has three baseball fields, a softball field, restrooms and concession.

CITRUS SPRINGS: Citrus Springs Boulevard, Citrus Springs; tennis courts.

EAGLETON PARK: New York Boulevard, Beverly Hills; park benches.

EDEN PARK: 7½ acres on Park Lake Drive, Inverness, has fishing pier, boat ramp, grills, picnic tables and playground equipment.

EUGENE MARTIN PARK: Eugene Martin Lane, Dunnellon, 8 acres has picnic tables, grills, softball, basketball and playground equipment.

FIRE STATION PARK: Homosassa Trail, Homosassa, 4 acres has grills, picnic tables and playground equipment.

FLORAL PARK: 40 acres on Parkside Avenue, Floral City, has picnic tables, tennis courts, racquetball, softball, basketball, shuffleboard, horseshoes, volleyball, soccer, picnic tables and playground equipment.

FORT ISLAND GULF BEACH: 15 acres on Fort Island Trail, Crystal River, has a beach, volleyball, grills and picnic tables.

FORT ISLAND TRAIL PARK: 14 acres on Fort Island Trail, Crystal River, has boat ramps and docks, fishing pier and picnic facilities.

HERNANDO BEACH: 3 acres on Orange Drive, Hernando, has a beach, picnic tables, grills, volleyball, shuffleboard and playground equipment.

HERNANDO PARK: Railroad Way, Hernando, has playground equipment and basketball.

HIGHLAND PARK: Kirk Street, Inverness, has playground equipment and basketball.

HOLDEN COMMUNITY PARK: 41 acres has five soccer fields, basketball, walking trail, picnic tables and playground equipment.

HOMOSASSA SPRINGS AREA RECREATION PARK: 21 acres on Grand March Avenue, Homosassa, has tennis courts, soccer, baseball, fitness trail, basketball, playground equipment and picnic tables.

LECANTO COMMUNITY PARK: 20 acres on W Educational Path, Lecanto, has basketball, horseshoes, racquetball, tennis, soccer, walking trail and softball.

SOUTH DUNNELLON TOT LOT: Test Court, Dunnellon; playground equipment.
