LOCATION: 722 W Kennedy Blvd., between Brevard and Fielding avenues

DEVELOPER: Wood Partners

DESCRIPTION: Eight-story building with 346 condos and 4,800 square feet of retail space along Kennedy. Residential units will range from 715 to 1,448 square feet and have one bedroom and one bathroom, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, or two bedrooms plus den and 21/2 bathrooms. A Starbucks is expected to occupy part of the retail space, said Dave Thompson of Wood Partners.

PRICE: From the low $200,000s to the $400,000s

ARCHITECTS: Preston Partnership of Atlanta

AMENITIES: The building will include a parking garage, two courtyards, a rooftop pool, fitness room, and club room with billiards and a media center. All units will have balconies, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and optional hardwood flooring. Full-time concierge services will be available.

WHAT THEY'RE SAYING: "The location is a huge draw," Thompson said. "With Hyde Park, SoHo and downtown within a short distance, residents will be centrally located to all that the Tampa area has to offer."

TIMELINE: Construction is scheduled to begin July 14 and end in April 2008.

MOVE-IN DATE: April 2008
