PAUL GILRAY has been named account manager in the electronics specialists division at Audio Visual Innovations Inc., Tampa. Gilray was assistant front office manager for Omni Hotels in Houston.

BANKING

ALLISON TUTWILER has been named vice president of business development at the Bank of Tampa, Tampa. Tutwiler was co-founder and partner at Sterling Management Resources, Tampa.

RYAN SHIM has been promoted to first vice president in the wealth and investment line of banking at SunTrust Bank, Tampa. Shim was vice president.

CONSTRUCTION

RICHARD DOMBROWSKI has been named vice president of operations at William Ryan Homes Florida Inc., Tampa, and has also been named acting regional vice president of sales and marketing. Dombrowski was vice president of sales and marketing at Morrison Homes, Tampa.

MATT DUNN has been named project manager at Riverwood in southeast Pasco County. Dunn was a project manager at Florida Design Consultants, New Port Richey.

SCOT CORAPI has been named senior electrical designer at KEM Engineers Inc., St. Petersburg. Corapi was an electrical engineering specialist at Allied Engineering Group, Tulsa, Okla.
