AARP DRIVER SAFETY PROGRAM: Each month, several safe driving classes are offered throughout Citrus County. The two four-hour classes offer important driving tips that may save a life. Many insurance companies offer a premium discount for participating in an AARP Driver Safety Program. To inquire about a future class near you, call Charlie Lucente after 9 a.m. at 726-0753.

LIBRARY DISPLAYS: Local artisans, individuals and clubs display their works or interesting collections at your local library. WANT A NEW HOBBY? Check out the interesting crafts and self-help techniques offered by the Inverness Parks and Recreation Department, 726-3913 or Citrus County Parks and Recreation, 527-7677. Both offer a variety of crafts, sports and instructional programs.

FRIDAY

GAME DAY AND CARD PARTY: sponsored by the Beverly Hills Recreation Association, 1 p.m. at the clubhouse, 77 Civic Circle. Bring game of your choice and necessary supplies. Refreshments will be Barbara's brownie sundaes. Advance $5, at the door $6. For information, call 746-4882.

SATURDAY
