Man gets 50 years for shooting at another eight times during fight LARGO - A 26-year-old man convicted of attempted homicide after firing eight times at a man during an argument in 2003 was sentenced to 50 years in prison Monday, authorities said Tuesday. Sokheang Im, of 15497 Newport Road was drinking beer with three men at a Largo apartment Dec. 8, 2003, when a fist fight broke out, police said. Im pulled out a gun and shot at one of the men, Jason M. Keech, missing each time, police said. Im was arrested a short time later in nearby woods. A jury found him guilty in May of two counts of attempted homicide. CORRECTION A May 23 story about the arrest of Timothy Michael Calabrese incorrectly stated that he was previously arrested on drug charges. Calabrese has no prior arrest for drugs. His prior arrests were for aggravated battery and contempt of court.
