The city received six proposals to redevelop the Fort Homer Hesterly Armory on Howard Avenue.

The plans will be on display from 3:30 to 7:30 p.m. Monday at the West Tampa Library, 2312 W Union St. The public is invited to voice opinions.

On Thursday, the committee reviewing the proposals will discuss the public comments. A final decision will take months.

Here is a preview of each plan, in no particular order.

* The Shoppes at Armory Place, a commercial/retail proposal by Coastal Retail of California.

* A mixed-use residential/retail project by Spencer and Jarrett Kass of Landmarc Realty.

* Heritage Square at the Armory, a mixed-use hotel, spa, park, armory market and cultural arts center by the Diasti family.

* An ice rink, events sports complex and residential development by Reliant Development partners E. William Henry and Robert C. Goen.

* Armory Studios, creative studios and offices surrounded by residential rentals and retail space by a partnership of Tampa Digital Studios, Newkirk Ventures, DeBartolo Development and West Tampa Partners.

* Williams Holdings, an event and entertainment center with retail, offices and a police substation by Roy F. Williams.
