LOCATION: 3712 Wisconsin Ave., half a block east of Dale Mabry Highway south of Gandy Boulevard

DEVELOPER: Westgate RE, LLC

DESCRIPTION: Condominium conversion of the Westgate Apartments, two two-story buildings constructed in 1990 and 1994. All 32 units have 824 square feet with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a balcony or porch.

PRICE: $155,000 or $160,000 for corner units

DESIGNERS: Angie and Marie Barkett

AMENITIES: The site is gated with remote or pass code entry. Some units face a central landscaped courtyard with fountain. Each unit has laminate wood flooring, stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops and a laundry room with washer and dryer.

WHAT THEY'RE SAYING: "Our mission is to offer affordable housing with high-end amenities in the South Tampa market," said Rick Barkett of Westgate RE.

TIMELINE: Exterior renovations are complete; interior renovations are expected to be complete by June 30.
