TEMPLE TERRACE - Four young adults have been accused of hosting a party at an apartment where minors got drunk, including a 17-year-old girl found unconscious in an elevator, police say. Police arrested Christopher M. Sagen, 20, of Temple Terrace; Sarah Elizabeth Pavlock, 18, of Bradenton; Matthew Ryan Davis, 20, of Temple Terrace; and Jason D. Mickan, 20, of Temple Terrace on charges of open house parties, a misdemeanor, and child abuse, a felony, jail records show. Police were called to an apartment at 5610 Graduate Circle after they got a call that a girl had passed out in an elevator in the apartment building, Lt. Chris Jeffords said. Investigators say teens at young as 15 were drinking at the party. "It's a big deal because we have underage drinkers that passed out, one in the elevator," he said. "We're concerned about the safety of juveniles."
