TAMPA - Two experts have found Mary Louise Doe incompetent to stand trial. Doe, 41, was charged with aggravated manslaughter of a child. Police say she gave birth to a girl in an alley and left her to die. On Thursday, Circuit Judge Manuel Lopez appointed two more mental health professionals to evaluate Doe's competency because initial experts will be used as defense witnesses at trial. The judge also granted the state's request to obtain Doe's medical records from the jail and St. Joseph's Hospital. Doe admitted being drunk and high on drugs at the time of the birth. Doe's next court hearing is scheduled Aug. 2.
