'Underground Garage' is a fun place to park it

"Little Steven" Van Zandt (a.k.a. the Sopranos' Silvio Dante) (a.k.a. Springsteen's E Street bud) absolutely loves the Tampa Bay area. How else to explain the third local appearance of his "Underground Garage" tour in as many months? This time around, SVZ, who also hosts a widely successful syndicated radio show of the same name, has restocked his garage with a bevy of big names, including the Buzzcocks, the Chesterfield Kings, the Gore Gore Girls and Tampa's own Unrequited Loves. If that doesn't get your motor running, there will also be go-go dancers galore. Oh, and the whole thing is FREE. Like I said, the man loooves us. The show is Monday in Floyd's at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Interstate 4 and U.S. 301, Tampa. Doors open at 6:30 p.m., and the music starts at 7:30. - SEAN DALY, Times pop music critic
