DEVELOPER: Urban Edge Development Group Inc.

DESCRIPTION: 19 three-story townhouses with two bedrooms and 21/2 bathrooms. Each unit will have about 1,400 square feet, a two-car garage and a balcony. Some units will have back yards.

PRICE: Starting at $279,900

ARCHITECT: Leigh Wilson-Versaggi of Tampa

AMENITIES: Each home will have an open floor plan with 10-foot ceilings and hardwood floors. Kitchens will have stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops and wood cabinets. Optional upgrades include carpet, tile and a multimedia package.

WHAT THEY'RE SAYING: "The homes can be purchased with only 5 percent down. The location is close to St. Joseph's Hospital and convenient to South Tampa and downtown," said Stephen Racine of Urban Edge Development Group.

TIMELINE: Construction is expected to begin in August and end early next summer.
