Guillen post-penalty: chatty, but choosier
Compiled from Times Wires reports

CHICAGO - White Sox manager Ozzie Guillen discovered Monday that sensitivity training gave him some insights on language and allowed him to do something he really enjoys: talk.
"I'm glad I did it. I'm glad it's over with and a lot of people will be real excited to hear that Ozzie finally got punished and did what he was supposed to do," Guillen said after a two-hour session with a certified counselor.
Guillen was fined and ordered by commissioner Bud Selig to undergo sensitivity training last month after an obscenity-laden tirade against Chicago Sun-Times columnist Jay Mariotti in which he used a homophobic term.
The team declined to name the counselor or in what field he practices. But Guillen said Monday he did a lot of the talking and also picked up some pointers on choosing his words.
"There are so many different languages you can use when you are going to talk to somebody. There are a lot of things you cannot say about anybody, even when you want to say them," Guillen said.
MILLWOOD IMPROVING: Rangers right-hander Kevin Millwood's aching pitching arm felt a little better Monday.
Whether he makes his next scheduled start is up to team management and medical personnel, however.
Texas' No. 1 starter left Sunday night's game in the fourth with a strained right biceps. He complained of feeling "a dull ache" in his arm. That sensation was still there Monday.
"But it's a little better than it was," Millwood said. "No real sharp pain or anything, just kind of an uncomfortable feeling."
WHITE SOX: Second baseman Tadahito Iguchi left the game against Baltimore in the fifth after spraining his left ankle in a collision with rightfielder Jermaine Dye while catching a pop fly. He is expected to miss a couple of games.
