LOCATION: 200 S MacDill Ave. at Cleveland Street

DEVELOPER: High Point Development of Tampa

DESCRIPTION: 15 three-story townhouses with two bedrooms and 21/2 baths. Units range from 1,400 to 1,800 square feet. Each has a two-car garage or a one-car garage with additional covered parking space. Some units have balconies.

PRICE: From the mid $300,000s to the mid $400,000s

ARCHITECTS: Rojo Architecture of Tampa

AMENITIES: Each home will include a built-in Bose sound system and come prewired for phone, cable and security. Living rooms will have hardwood floors; kitchens and bathrooms, ceramic tile. Kitchens will have wood cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.

WHAT THEY'RE SAYING: "This project combines great design with a great location," said John d'Ambrosio of Rick Wolfe Associates. "The developer has raised the bar with the amenities in these homes."

TIMELINE: Construction is scheduled to begin this year and end in July 2007.
