PRICE: From the mid $300,000s to the mid $400,000s ARCHITECTS: Rojo Architecture of Tampa AMENITIES: Each home will include a built-in Bose sound system and come prewired for phone, cable and security. Living rooms will have hardwood floors; kitchens and bathrooms, ceramic tile. Kitchens will have wood cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. WHAT THEY'RE SAYING: "This project combines great design with a great location," said John d'Ambrosio of Rick Wolfe Associates. "The developer has raised the bar with the amenities in these homes."
