Letters to the Editor

I was born a U.S. citizen and raised here in the U.S.A. I started working when I was 8, and paid into the Federal Insurance Contribution Act until I retired. Our young people, our baby boomers, are also paying into FICA for their future. And I wonder why they say that Social Security will go broke in a few years.

All the money that they are taking in goes to the immigrants, legal or illegal. They get Social Security, they get food stamps, and probably get their rent free. They get their doctors paid for.

I'm tired of these people getting something for nothing. We Americans have to pay for everything. And what really makes me mad is they can't or won't speak our language.
