A man has been arrested and accused of exposing his genitals to an Internet Web cam and a Citrus County sheriff's detective who was posing as a 14-year-old girl.

Scott G Gill, 23, of Pasco County exposed himself on July 18 after an online conversation with Citrus Lt. David DeCarlo, according to the Sheriff's Office.

Gill also said he wanted the "girl" to travel to his house in New Port Richey, DeCarlo said.

Gill is charged with lewd and lascivious exhibition and use of the Internet to lure a child, records show. He was arrested in Pasco on Friday.

DeCarlo credited the North Florida Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, which the Sheriff's Office is a part of, for helping provide the training and tools necessary to make the arrest.
