TODAY

TAMPA CARROLLWOOD ROTARY CLUB: The weekly meeting will begin at 12:15 p.m. Ron Hurst will talk about "First Ladies: Eisenhower to Clinton." Meetings are at Perkins Restaurant, 12650 N Dale Mabry Highway. Visitors and prospective members are welcome. Call 813 265-8184.

NEW TAMPA ROTARY CLUB: Karen Groff, director of Camp Florida, will speak at the 7 a.m. breakfast meeting. There will be a discussion of the club's plans for a new sponsorship program at Camp Florida. Weekly meetings are at Tampa Palms Golf and Country Club, 5811 Tampa Palms Blvd. Membership is open to professional and business leaders who live, work or have retired to the New Tampa area. SATURDAY

HEALTH FAIR: The Hillsborough County Health and Social Services Department will offer free physicals and immunizations to school-aged children who are entering Florida schools for the first time at the Town 'N Country Recreation center from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. at 6039 Hanley Road. TUESDAY

NIGHT OUT AGAINST CRIME: Heritage Isles' Neighborhood Watch will host a National Night Out party to fight neighborhood crime and drugs. The event will take place from 6-8 p.m. at 10630 Plantation Bay Drive. Activities include face painting, a bouncy playhouse, finger painting, raffles for the adults, hot dogs, sodas, a fire rescue demonstration and a Tampa police helicopter. Call (813) 907-7447.

HEALING CIRCLE: The free casual event will be from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Treehouse Yoga Center, 8509 N 29th St. Men and women open to experiencing the transformative power of an energy-healing circle are invited. Participants are given the option of participating with a healing focus around the table and/or taking a turn on the table. Call (813) 932-5456.

WEDNESDAY

MOMS CLUB WESTCHASE-NORTH: The group will have its monthly "Lunch Bunch" from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Chick-fil-A in Oldsmar. Also, the Mall Crawl is from 10:30 to 12 p.m. on Fridays. The group meets at Starbucks in Westfield Shoppingtown Citrus Park for a walk/stroll. The nonprofit chapter covers all neighborhoods north of Linebaugh Avenue, west of Sheldon Road, south of Mobley Road and east of Race Track Road. Membership dues are $15 per year. Prospective members are welcome.

THURSDAY

ARTHRITIS SUPPORT: The Rheumatoid Arthritis Support Group will meet from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Christian Counseling Center, 1060 W Busch Blvd. The speaker will be from Abby's Health & Nutrition Center. Call (813) 935-3917.
