BANKING

Old Harbor Bank, Clearwater, announces these appointments. KIM ELLENOR has been named vice president, retail banking executive in Palm Harbor; DWIGHT BLADER has been named vice president of commercial lending in Palm Harbor; DENINE BARHAM has been vice president, retail banking executive in Belleair Bluffs; and KATIE SPIES has been named community marketing officer in Clearwater. Ellenor was vice president in Oldsmar for Synovus Bank; Blader was associate director and regional loan officer at Marcus & Millichap, Tampa; Barham was training and development specialist at Colonial Bank, Clearwater; and Spies was staff president/CEO for various chambers of commerce in Lake County, Ill.
