Seminole swept a pair of games Sunday to reach the finals of the Little League Southern Region Senior Softball Tournament in Ladysmith, Va.
Seminole beat Tennessee 6-3 in the day's first game and North Carolina 8-1 in the nightcap.
Today's 10 a.m. title game will be a rematch between Seminole and Tennessee.
"I'm concerned because I don't want the girls to come in overconfident after beating (Tennessee) already," manager John Belvedere said. "But no one thought we'd be here and we are."
Lindsay Andree, who was the winning pitcher in the state title game, struck out 11 in six innings against North Carolina. Camille Morgan went 2-for-3. Andree finished 4-for-4.
MAJOR BASEBALL: Dunedin beat Bloomingdale National 2-1 in extra innings Sunday in the semifinals of the State Tournament at San Carlos Little League in South Fort Myers.
"We haven't played our 'A' game yet," Dunedin manager Matt Morrow said.
"But Noah (Klassen) pitched awesome and kept us in the game."
Klassen carried a no hitter and a one-run lead into the sixth, but with two outs, Bloomingdale got its first hit to tie it at 1.
Then Ben Emery's clutch sacrifice fly drove in Alex Koehl with the winning run in the seventh, letting Dunedin advance to the championship game.
Dunedin plays Braden River today at 10 a.m. at San Carlos Little League in South Fort Myers for the state title and the right to represent Florida in the next weekend's Southern Region Tournament at Gulfport.
