Woman drops suit against Coca-Cola

A St. Louis weight-loss instructor has dropped a lawsuit that alleges Coca-Cola Co. was encouraging kids to drink lethal quantities of soft drinks. Julia Havey filed a motion to dismiss her suit Tuesday in the U.S. District Court in St. Louis. The suit focused on Coca-Cola's product loyalty campaign, which awards customers points for buying the company's drinks. Havey wasn't seeking money, but wanted Coca-Cola to change its program.
