JOHN HENNEBERY has been named vice president of sales and marketing for the Tampa Bay Region at Morrison Homes, Tampa. Hennebery was the sales and marketing director at Mercedes Home, Fort Myers.

VINCENT PRIGITANO has been named controller at Formulated Solutions LLC, Clearwater. Prigitano was chief operating officer and vice president of finance at Tape & Label Engineering Inc., St. Petersburg.

CRISTIN A. CONLEY has been elected secretary of the Florida Bar Tax Section. Conley is a shareholder and practices in the areas of state and federal tax planning at the law firm of Carlton Fields, Tampa.

PAT SIRACUSA has been recognized by the Florida Retail Federation with its inaugural Florida Assistant State Attorney of the Year Award. Siracusa is assistant state attorney with the 6th Judicial Circuit, which covers Pinellas and Pasco counties.

PAMELA BALL has been named controller at Sten-Barr Medical, Tampa. Ball was vice president of Quick Service Foods-Tampa Inc., a local franchisee of Church's Chicken.

MICHAEL C. TUCKER has been named director at Hernando-Pasco Hospice Inc. Tucker was director of marketing and public relations for LifePath Hospice and Palliative Care Inc., Tampa.

The Children's Home Inc., Tampa, announces these appointments: REYNALD LATORTUE, chief financial officer; and CATHERINE J. CONTI, human resources director.
