MADEIRA BEACH $255,000 This 3-bedroom, 2-bath duplex at 584 140th Ave. in Gulf Shores sold in June after being on the market for 54 days. It was listed at $269,900. The duplex has a well-maintained yard, central air and is close to the beach.
