LOCATION: 105 Sawtooth Drive, Valrico. DEVELOPER: Rottlund Homes Florida division, Clearwater. DESCRIPTION: 206 townhomes in 40 two-story buildings. All units have two bedrooms, 11/2 bathrooms and 1,245 square feet. PRICE: $178,900 to $187,900. AMENITIES: Each unit has a one-car garage and private patio, a pool and cabana. WHAT THEY'RE SAYING: "Most townhomes in the Brandon area are 18 to 19 feet wide," said Rottlund Homes' Nia Walters. "Oakwood Terrace has a unique floor plan which is 26 feet wide. This allows us to use more windows along the width of the homes, therefore increasing the amount of natural light." Walters added that those windows look out on large oak trees.
