Fireworks at Channelside Today

Tampa celebrates summer with a short fireworks display at 9 p.m. launched from a barge in Garrison Channel, which can be viewed from all around the Channelside area, downtown Tampa. (813) 223-4250. Free.

Moccasin Lake Drum Circle Sat.

Moccasin Lake Nature Park and the Sun Drummers and Dancers present family-friendly drum circle and dance event. Bring drum or percussion instrument and learn to play, then join circle.
