POSTSEASON
The winner and runnerup in each district earns a berth in the Florida High School Athletic Association playoffs. District champions host a runnerup from another district, and the runnerups travel to that district's champion.
PLAYOFF DATES
Oct. 30: District tiebreakers.
Nov. 4: Last date of regular season.
Nov. 10: Region quarterfinals (Classes 6A, 5A, 4A, 3A); region semifinals (2A, 2B, A, B).
Nov. 17: Region semifinals (6A, 5A, 4A, 3A); region finals (2A, 2B, A, B).
Nov. 24: Region finals (6A, 5A, 4A, 3A); state semifinals (2A, 2B, A, B).
Dec. 1: State semifinals (6A, 5A, 4A, 3A); state finals (B, A) in Miami.
Dec. 2: State finals (B, A) in Miami.
Dec. 8: State finals (3A, 5A) in Miami.
Dec. 9: State finals (4A, 6A) in Miami.
ADMISSION
County schools charge $4 to $5 for regular-season games plus parking. The FHSAA charges $6 for district tiebreakers, $7 for region playoff and state semifinal games ($8 for reserved seats) and $10 for the state championship game.
