PHILADELPHIA - Looking to replace Terrell Owens, the Eagles acquired receiver Donte' Stallworth from the Saints for linebacker Mark Simoneau and a conditional 2007 fourth-round pick. The trade is pending both players passing physicals. Stallworth, the 13th overall pick in 2002, caught 70 passes for 945 yards and seven touchdowns last season. Simoneau started 16 games at middle linebacker in 2003, moved to weakside midway through 2004 and played mostly special teams last year.
