LARGO - Police are requesting the public's help to find a man who twice in the last month stepped out of his car and exposed himself to teenage girls. The first incident occurred around 2:45 p.m. July 31 near 16th Avenue SW and 10th Street SW, said Largo police Detective Scott Gore. The second incident occurred around 9:15 a.m. on Aug. 14 at 901 Seminole Blvd. The man is described as white and between 20 and 30, Gore said, and between 5 feet 10 inches and 6 feet 2 with an average build and short brown hair. In both incidents, the man had some sort of tattoo on his neck, police said. He was driving a two-door, bright blue car, possibly a Chrysler Sebring or Grand Marquis that could have been custom-painted, police said. In both cases the man found a girl walking alone, Gore said. He stopped his car, stepped out and exposed himself. Anyone with information is asked to call Largo police at (727) 587-6730.
